Regular Weekly Cleaning:

1 bedroom $75
2 bedrooms $85
2 bedroom duplex $100
3 bedrooms $110

4 Bedrooms & larger, please call us for rates

First time cleaning might be an extra charge depending on the level of dust, dirt, etc.

Regular weekly cleaning includes the following:

Changing of bed linens
Dusting all furniture
Cleaning bathrooms
Vacuuming/mopping
Cleaning outside of all appliances
Cleaning/wiping down all surfaces
Taking out the trash

Other Services:

Move in/out clean $175 & up
Construction clean $250 & up
Spring clean $250 & up
Deep Clean $250 & up
Basement clean $250 & up
Hallways $30/hr
Laundry Rooms $30/hr

The following services are not performed on a Regular Weekly Clean but are available at an additional cost:

Ovens
Refrigerator/Freezer
Closets & Pantries
Window Blinds
Chandeliers
Ceiling Fans
Walls
Windows
Fire places
Laundry/Ironing

  • Most jobs are based on a 3-4 hour window.
  • Additional hours are $20 & up.
  • We understand that emergencies do happen and clients may at times have to cancel. We ask that you give at least 12 hours notice before canceling any arranged service.
  • If you choose to cancel for some reason after our worker has arrived, you will be billed for 50% of the agreed upon fee.
  • Please know that we have the right to refuse any job upon arrival.
